Nivika signs lease agreements with annual rental value of SEK 5 million

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Nivika”) has signed two new lease agreements with Heco Nordiska AB and DS Smith Packaging Sweden AB, respectively. The agreements comprise a total of approximately 7,400 square metres and generate a combined annual rental value of just under SEK 5 million. The weighted average lease term amounts to 3.7 years.

The lease agreements pertain to previously vacant warehouse and business premises in existing properties in Värnamo, strengthening both the occupancy rate and the property's recurring cash flow.
