Change in the number of shares and votes in Nivika

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (”Nivika” or the ”Company”) has, in connection with the listing of the Company's Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, carried out a directed issue of Class B shares in accordance with previously published information. The new share issue has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes in the Company.

In connection with the listing of the Company's Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 3 December 2021, a directed issue of 11,695,906 Class B shares (the “Share Issue”) was resolved upon. Registration of the Share Issue with the Swedish Companies Registration Office took place during December 2021.

Through the Share Issue, the number of shares has increased by a total of 11,695,906 shares to 56,430,870 shares in total, divided into 31,546,070 Class B shares and 24,884,800 Class A shares. Each Class B share entitles to one (1) vote and each A share entitles to ten (10) votes, which means that the number of votes has increased by 11,695,906 votes to a total of 280,394,070 votes. The Company's share capital has increased from SEK 22,367,482.00 to SEK 28,215,435.00.
