The Hematiten 1 property is an industrial building constructed for DS Smith’s operations during 2023/24. The property is located at Bredasten, offering prime visibility along the E4 motorway.

The building was planned and developed in close collaboration with the tenant, who was able to influence the design according to operational requirements. With a total area of approximately 18,000 m², the facility comprises office, production, and warehouse space.

The construction was carried out with a strong focus on sustainability and includes, among other features, a rooftop solar power installation with a capacity of 400 kWp as well as around ten charging stations for electric vehicles.
