Garbage

Garbage should be disposed in designated places. Food waste and combustible materials must be disposed in the buried waste bins. Larger combustible materials can be thrown in the green container (no food waste in the green container). Non-combustible materials such as metal, ceramics, batteries and chemicals must be disposed by the tenant at a recycling station.

Please do not leave any garbage bags outside your front door, in any passages and stairs or outside the waste bins, it will attract vermin.

Garbage must always be thrown in the waste bins or the green container. Incorrect garbage disposal will result in a penalty fee. If you leave any garbage outside and the landlord have to clean up after you, Nivika Compact Living will charge you a penalty fee up to 1500 SEK.
